一、个人简介

2008.10 - 2009 .10 德国肿瘤研究中心,研究方向:生物芯片和胰腺肿瘤干细胞

2005 – 至今 北京大学基础医学院细胞生物学系,干细胞研究中心,讲师、副教授,硕士生导师

二、研究方向:

1. 工程化细胞:细胞膜功能性受体和配体的信号调制及变换;解析人和小鼠新型单克隆抗体的结构和编码DNA序列;诱导多能干细胞(iPSC)、T细胞和NK细胞的工程化修饰,嵌合抗原受体(CAR)-T细胞的结构和序列; NK细胞膜受体和配体信号的调节,NK细胞的细胞表面功能分子的结构域变换等;

2. 基因编辑和数据分析:采用Crispr-Cas9方法在细胞水平上敲除(Knockout)或敲入(Knock-in)相关的基因;DNA质粒的构建,免疫治疗载体的设计和组装;基因敲降(Knockdown)方法和microRNA检测;基因芯片、高通量测序的基因表达数据分析;

3. 细胞代谢和纳米分子对细胞的作用:细胞内氨基酸代谢和纳米分子的转运,类酯纳米分子在细胞内聚集和代谢的分子机制,研究纳米分子与干细胞和肿瘤干细胞之间的相互作用,肿瘤细胞和肿瘤干细胞的耐药性及相应对策。

三、主持科研项目:

1. 北京市自然科学基金面上项目,编号: 5202011,氨基酸转运载体LAT1和mTOR通路对有机纳米荧光素标记细胞的影响,主持,2020/01-2022/12。

2. 国家重点研发计划,课题编号2018YFE0205303,靶向调控肿瘤免疫微环境的纳米机器人药物的设计、构筑及抗肿瘤疗效,参与骨干,2019/8-2022/8。

3. 国家自然科学基金重点项目,21233003,干细胞与荧光碳纳米材料相互作用的物理化学实验研究,参加北京师范大学化学学院范楼珍教授主持的课题,合作单位主持, 2013/01-2017/12。

4. 国家自然科学基金面上探索项目,项目名称:人胚胎干细胞表达基因HESP26的电子克隆、验证和功能研究,批准号30871254,时间2009/01-2009/12,主持。

四、专利:

1. 李凌松、周士新、文锦华。2012年作为第二发明人对这个基因和编码蛋白申请了我国的发明专利,2014年获得批准,专利号为:ZL201110159475,名称:“C9ORF135基因、其编码的蛋白及其抗体的应用”。

2. 邓宏魁、高君双、周士新。 2022 年已授权的 CAR-T 专利,名称为:一种靶向 CD19 和CD20 双抗原的嵌合性抗原受体 T 细胞治疗肿瘤的方法,专利号 ZL201810618266.0

3. 周士新、邓常文。2023 年申请发明专利1项,名称为“一种利用 CD27 逆转 T 和 CAR-T 细胞 PD1 信号的工程化细胞方法”,申请号为202311258648.4。

教育部基础医学“101计划”核心教材《医学分子细胞遗传基础》的编委,具体负责第五篇细胞和社会性与细胞命运:第28章,细胞分化。
