四、研究方向:

细胞核仁蛋白及RNA在肿瘤进展中的作用及机制研究

五、主要研究内容:

1.探索细胞在应激状态下,包括DNA损伤或营养缺乏等,核仁蛋白决定细胞命运的作用和机制。主要包括:在细胞有丝分裂、DNA损伤和能量应激时,核仁蛋白通过调控纺锤体形成、核糖体发生、自噬、能量代谢重编程以及DNA损伤修复等过程对细胞命运的决定作用和作用机制,为理解肿瘤发生核进展及肿瘤治疗提供科学依据和参考。2.研究核仁RNA(包括pre-rRNA和snoRNA)调控有丝分裂的作用和机理。
